It's been almost a month since our last town hall, where we discussed "Ticking together & shifting gears" and went through our company and product focus slide deck.
Since then, we have further revised the product directions.

The attached slide deck has the revised/ updated product positioning. The Why-How-What of each the product has been briefly described.
- Omni Channel Social Commerce Product
- Readily reference-able for Education Sector (through Lithan); can be adapted to the Banking, Insurance (or any sector that has products - Automobile, etc)
- Collaborative Worskpace - 2 sub-solutions
- Collaborative Innovation
- Employee Social Network (Future of Work)
- Readily reference-able through Unilever and Menarini; point solutions for Intellectual Property /Trademarks Management
- Digital Community for SME
- This is the "program" that we want to put in place for quicker, smaller sales.
Three of these products / solutions have been further detailed (only ESN / FoW is yet to be done). With the above positioning, we firmly believe that we are well placed to leverage the hard work of the last year of transforming the company and the product direction. But we are still not out of the woods.
